Cancellation Policy

1. Before payment confirmation
You may cancel any order at no cost as long as the payment has not yet been confirmed and the download link has not been issued. Simply remove the item from your cart or close the checkout.
2. After payment, before delivery
If your payment was made via bank/UPI transfer and access has not yet been granted (typical window: 2β6 hours), you may cancel by emailing support@socialsafar.in with your transaction reference. We will refund the amount in full back to the original payment method.
3. After delivery
Once a digital product has been delivered (download link sent / file added to your dashboard library), cancellation is treated as a refund request and is governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Pre-orders / scheduled live sessions
For products that include a scheduled live session: full cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the first session. Cancellations within 48 hours qualify for a 50% refund. No cancellation after the first session has started.
