1. Who we are

Skill Safar Hub is a digital products marketplace operated by SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, CIN U73100UP2025PTC227273, registered office A-5, Plot no. 239, Gyan Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh - 201014, India.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed), profile preferences.
  • Order data: products purchased, billing details, GSTIN if provided, payment reference / UTR.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, timestamps.
  • Support data: messages, attachments and screenshots you share with us.

3. How we use your data

  • Process orders and deliver digital products you purchase.
  • Provide customer support, including refunds and disputes.
  • Comply with tax, accounting and legal requirements.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and copyright infringement.
  • Improve the marketplace experience.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, download links). Marketing emails only with consent.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with: payment processors (e.g. Razorpay once integrated), email/communication providers, analytics providers, regulatory or legal authorities when required, and our auditors.

5. Data security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, secure password hashing, role-based access control and limited retention. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure.

6. Data retention

Order and tax records are retained for at least 8 years to comply with Indian tax law. Account data is kept for as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion as below.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing privacy@socialsafar.in. We respond within 30 days.
