DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Our commitment

Skill Safar Hub (operated by SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., CIN U73100UP2025PTC227273) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects creators and buyers on the marketplace to do the same. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the principles of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe a digital product listed on Skill Safar Hub infringes your copyright, please email a written notice to dmca@socialsafar.in with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". The notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL or product ID of the allegedly infringing material on Skill Safar Hub.
• Your full legal name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Takedown process

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will: (a) acknowledge receipt within 3 working days, (b) review the claim, (c) where appropriate, expeditiously remove or disable access to the disputed product, and (d) notify the listing creator of the removal.

4. Counter-notification

If you are a creator and your product was removed, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@socialsafar.in including: identification of the removed material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat infringers

Skill Safar Hub will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate accounts of users or creators who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. Misrepresentation

Submitting a false notice or counter-notice may result in liability under applicable law. Please consult legal counsel if you are unsure.
