What kind of products are sold on Skill Safar Hub?▾
Skill Safar Hub is a marketplace for downloadable digital products only — templates, ebooks, guides, productivity assets, learning materials and creative digital downloads. We do not sell physical goods or physical shipped products.
How is the product delivered to me?▾
All products are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive a secure download link by email. The product also appears in your account dashboard library for future re-downloads.
How long does delivery take?▾
When the payment gateway is live, access is instant. While we are accepting bank/UPI transfers, manual verification and access are usually completed within 2–6 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST).
What payment methods do you accept?▾
Currently UPI / NEFT / IMPS bank transfer. Razorpay payment gateway integration is in progress and will be enabled soon. All transactions happen in INR.
Are the prices inclusive of taxes?▾
Listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Where applicable, GST will be shown on the invoice issued by SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Can I get a refund?▾
Yes — refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: if a file is corrupted, undelivered, or significantly different from its description, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days. Refunds are not available once the file has been substantially downloaded.
Can I share or resell what I purchased?▾
No. All products are licensed for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, public sharing, repackaging, or use in violation of the license is prohibited and may result in legal action under our DMCA policy.
Will I lose access if my device changes?▾
No. Your purchases are tied to your Skill Safar Hub account. Log in from any device to access your library and re-download files.
Do you ship anything physically?▾
No. Skill Safar Hub sells only digital downloadable products. There is no physical shipping involved.
Is this a coaching institute or a SaaS company?▾
Neither. Skill Safar Hub is a digital products marketplace operated by SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered Indian private limited company.
How do I become a creator on the marketplace?▾
We onboard creators through a verification process. Email partnerships@socialsafar.in with your portfolio and product samples.
How do I report abuse or copyright violation?▾
Use abuse@socialsafar.in for general abuse reports. For copyright/DMCA, follow the steps on our DMCA Policy page.
