1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Skill Safar Hub (the "Marketplace"), operated by SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we"), CIN U73100UP2025PTC227273, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all referenced policies.

2. The Marketplace

Skill Safar Hub is an online marketplace for downloadable digital products only — including templates, ebooks, guides, productivity assets, learning materials and creative digital downloads. We do not sell physical goods, investment products, financial schemes, gambling content, adult content or services that promise guaranteed income.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate and current information.

4. Orders, pricing & taxes

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Where applicable, GST will be charged and shown on the invoice.
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price at the time of confirmed purchase is the price you pay.
  • Bank/UPI payments are verified manually (typically within 2–6 hours during business hours). Razorpay payment gateway is being integrated and will enable instant confirmation.

5. Digital delivery

Products are delivered digitally via a secure download link emailed to you and through your account dashboard library. There is no physical shipping. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. License & permitted use

Unless explicitly stated on the product page, every digital product is licensed for the buyer's personal, non-commercial use only. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Resale, redistribution, sublicensing or transfer of the file.
  • Public sharing (including uploading to torrent / Telegram / Drive links).
  • Repackaging the content as your own.
  • Removing watermarks, attribution or copyright notices.
  • Sharing your account credentials with others.

7. Refunds & cancellations

8. Creator listings

Verified creators are responsible for the originality and quality of their listings. The Company reserves the right to review, remove or refuse any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Prohibited conduct

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access to the platform.
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses or harmful content.
  • Misrepresentation, fraud or chargeback abuse.
  • Posting unlawful, infringing, defamatory or hateful content.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Products and the platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or any product. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
