Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products only — no physical shipping

Skill Safar Hub (operated by SocialSafar Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a marketplace for downloadable digital products only. No physical item is shipped at any time. There are no shipping charges and no courier partners involved.

2. How delivery works

  • Instant download: Once payment is confirmed, a secure download link is emailed to your registered email address and the product is added to your account dashboard library.
  • Bank/UPI transfer: While the payment gateway is being integrated, manual verification typically completes within 2–6 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST). Once verified, delivery is the same as instant download.
  • Live session products: A joining link is emailed at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

3. If you do not receive your download

  1. Check your spam / promotions folder for the email from support@socialsafar.in.
  2. Log in to your Skill Safar Hub account and visit your dashboard library.
  3. If still missing, email support@socialsafar.in or WhatsApp +91 7905331107 with your order details.

4. Technical requirements

To download and use our products you need: a stable internet connection, a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), and software capable of opening common file types (PDF reader, video player, ZIP extractor).

5. International buyers

Because delivery is digital, the marketplace is accessible globally. All transactions are processed in INR.
