Refund Policy

1. Overview
Skill Safar Hub sells digital downloadable products. Because of their nature, refund rules are different from physical goods. We aim to be fair and transparent β this policy explains exactly when refunds are and are not available.
2. When you ARE eligible for a refund
- The download link is broken or the file is corrupted, and we are unable to provide a working file within 72 hours.
- You were charged but no product was delivered.
- The product is materially different from its description on the product page.
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
Eligible refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original purchase.
3. When you are NOT eligible for a refund
- You have already substantially downloaded or accessed the product (more than 30% in case of multi-file bundles or video material).
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
- "Change of mind" or "no longer needed" requests after the file has been delivered.
- Refunds for products purchased as part of a discounted bundle on a per-item basis.
- Where misuse, license violation or chargeback abuse is suspected.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@socialsafar.in with subject "Refund Request β [Order ID]" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID / transaction reference (UTR)
- Reason for the refund and any supporting screenshots
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7β10 business days back to the original payment method. Banks may take an additional 3β5 days to credit the amount.
6. Chargebacks
Please raise a refund request with us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension and legal action.
